2022 Income Tax Information

Applicants for EOP are reviewed for economic eligibility based on information provided.

1. If your legal parent filed a 2022 tax return, please upload the following lines on their IRS Form 1040: Line 1 – Line 9

2. If undocumented, consider:
a. ITIN – Individual Taxpayer Identification Number
b. 1040
c. A letter from an employer documenting income if earning less than the IRS filing requirement.
d. EIN- Employer Identification number to earn a living as independent contractor or start a business

3. The type of documentation applicants must provide is determined by the type of income reported, family circumstances, etc.
