Parking Permit Request

You must bring a print out of your vehicle information with you when you come to pick up your parking permit.

You will receive an email with your Parking Permit Request as a PDF attachment. You must bring a printed copy of your Parking Permit Request and a valid ID with you when you come to pick up your parking permit.

To help SUNY Orange Security verify the information you have provided in this form, you can optionally provide a copy of your official vehicle registration. Please take a digital photo of your vehicle registration or sticker or scan your registration to an image file (JPEG, PNG, or PDF) and upload the file using this form. If you will be using your parking permit with two vehicles, you can optionally provide an image of both registrations.

This form requires your A number (A#), which is the letter 'A' followed by 8 digits (for example A00123456). If you don't know your A, you can find it by signing on to your MySUNYOrange portal account and clicking on More Apps on the Home page. On the More Apps page, click on Systems and Services for Students or Systems and Services for Employees, whichever is appropriate for you, then on A and then on A# (Number).
