I will upload my IRS Verification of Non-filing Letter with this form. 2. Have not filed (and was not required to file) a federal income tax return for the above mentioned calendar year. However, did have income earned from work and will supply a copy of all W-2's or an IRS Wage and Statement Transcript and my IRS Verification of Non-filing Letter with this form. 3. Have filed an IRS Tax Return for the above mentioned calendar year and I will upload a signed copy of my IRS Tax Return or IRS Tax Transcript.
