I understand that:

1) I have reviewed my DegreeWorks and am fully responsible for being familiar with and meeting the Graduation Requirements of my program and that final certification requires a Graduation audit completed by the Office of the Registrar.

2) If I do not meet the requirements for graduation by the semester indicated, then I must complete a NEW Graduation Application for the next intended Graduation.

4) An overall 2.0 grade point average is required for all degrees. A.A.S. degrees require a 2.0 overall as well as in your Major. For questions regarding your GPA requirements, please reach out to your Advisor.

5) I must settle all financial obligations to SUNY Orange and clear any student record holds before a diploma or certificate can be received.
